Themes – Call for Speakers for Women’s Conference 2025
GWSCONF 2025 aims to maximize the knowledge takeaways for all attendees by accepting presentation submissions on a wide range of themes. Speaker applicants must demonstrate a deep understanding of the selected subject and report original content that was not previously presented or published at a different conference, training, or trade show.
Don’t think your speaker application fits into any of the themes above? Is your paper on a related theme? Submit your request anyways as the event committee may accommodate additional themes.

How to Apply
To apply to speaker at the 3rd World Conference on Gender and Women’s Studies, fill out the application below.
Upon receiving your application, the event committee will evaluate the proposed presentation based on a range of criteria, including originality, subject depth, and relevance.
You will be notified of the status of your application once the committee reaches a decision.
In some instances, the committee will ask an applicant to make adjustments in order to grant the speaking confirmation. If that’s the case, you will be given detailed instructions and deadlines on submitting the revised application.
Our Mission
Women’s Conference 2025 is a three-day event. However, our mission goes beyond the three days. This is a launching pad for facilitating a dialogue that cuts across geographical and sector boundaries. GWSCONF is a place for bright minds in the fields of academia, business, and non-profit and government sectors to meet, listen to the one-of-a-kind perspectives, re-evaluate own assumptions, apply methodologies and frameworks to own work, get inspired, and stay connected long after the event is over.
