José has a degree in Psychology, a master’s in Organizational Psychology, and is currently pursuing a PhD in Human Resources Development Policies, working on their thesis “Integration of Trans People in the Labour Market in Portugal: Social, Organizational and Individual Perspectives”. Throughout their professional career, they have been working in the HR field, and, at the research level, they are passionate about psychology, human behaviour and diversity & inclusion.
