Ms. Antonia Heil
She is a research associate in the field of gender and political science at the Deggendorf Institute of Technology and a PhD student at the University of Salzburg. Her research interests include gender studies and the study of political parties. In her work, she explores social structures and power relations, voting behaviour and extremism. In the research project “GEiO – Gender Equitable Interactions Online”, she investigates gendered interactions in online work meetings. Antonia Heil holds a BA degree in Political Science and Public Law from the University of Tübingen and an MA degree in Political Science from the University of Salzburg where she previously worked as an assistant at the Chair for Politics and Gender, Diversity and Equality.
