Christie Lazo

Christie Lazo is a motherscholar and Indigenous-Peruvian migrant completing an MA Degree in Social Justice Education at the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education (OISE), and a Specialized Collaboration in Ethnic, Immigration, and Pluralism Studies at the Munk School of Global Affairs & Public Policy, University of Toronto. Her research examines the intersections of motherhood, migration, Indigeneity and Indigenous knowledge systems, and racial/cultural/ethnic identity.
